Asst. Manager / Manager – Control Valve Design Department

Lead the design and development of Control and Choke Valves - from concept to execution. Drive engineering excellence, mentor your team, and ensure compliance with global standards across projects.

Take charge of end-to-end ball valve design - from development to post-order execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product development and guide a team of design engineers.

  • Review technical contracts, drawings, and material specs.

  • Drive value engineering, product optimization, and standardization.

  • Support cross-functional teams across quality, manufacturing, and sales.

  • Ensure QMS compliance within the technical department.

Qualifications

  • BE in Mechanical Engineering.

  • 8–15 years of relevant experience.

  • Location: Nashik.

  • Strong knowledge of Control/Choke Valves, GD&T, tolerance stack-up.

  • Familiar with PED, API 6A, ANSI/ASME/API/EN/ISO standards.

  • Skilled in AutoCAD; proficiency in Inventor or Pro-E is a plus.

  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Manager – Ball Valve Design Department

Take charge of end-to-end ball valve design - from development to post-order execution.
Lead a team and ensure quality across global standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and execution of trunnion, floating, metal/soft seated ball valves.

  • Guide and train a team of engineers; review and approve their work.

  • Manage order execution: drawings, BOM, revisions, and customer interactions.

  • Troubleshoot factory and field issues; support new product development.

  • Collaborate with sales for technical discussions and documentation.

Qualifications

  • BE in Mechanical Engineering.

  • 8–15 years of relevant experience.

  • Location: Nashik.

  • Strong grasp of API/ASME/ASTM/IEC standards for rotary valves.

  • Skilled in AutoCAD and 3D software (e.g. SolidWorks).​

  • Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

QA Manager – N Stamp Compliance

Drive quality excellence and regulatory compliance across global standards including ASME, PED, and ISO. Lead audits, documentation, and inter-departmental QA systems for high-stakes engineering projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead QA documentation and systems aligned with ASME N, S, U, NB stamps and PED 2014/68/EU.

  • Conduct and oversee internal audits across design, manufacturing, welding, and testing.

  • Develop and maintain ASME-compliant QA manuals and procedures.

  • Manage NDT protocols (LPT, MPI, UT, RT, VT) and supplier quality evaluations.

  • Ensure cross-functional implementation of QMS and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • BE in Mechanical Engineering.

  • 10–15 years of relevant QA experience.

  • Location: Nashik.

  • Strong welding and fabrication knowledge.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; MS Office proficiency.

  • Open to travel as required.
